1° Day Cosenza

Your group arrives in Cosenza for a sightseeing tour of this busy, commercial city that still has monuments and historical remains. Destination your hotel in Amantea for lunch. You will spend the afternoon touring the Comunità Valdesi of Guardia Piemontese. Return to hotel for evening meal and accommodation.

2° Day Sibari - Costa Jonica

After breakfast in the hotel, the whole day will be spent on a tour of the Costa Jonica and the Piana di Sibari, the ancient Sibaris and its huge archaeology area that was discovered in the country side, and where excavations are still going on today. Lunch during tour. Return to hotel for evening meal and accommodation.

3° Day Reggio Calabria

After breakfast in the hotel, departure for Reggio Calabria where you will visit the famous Bronzi di Riace in the Museum. Lunch in restaurant. Return to Amantea with a short stop in Scilla and Bagnara, two small towns that are famous for their crafsmanship. Return to hotel for evening meal and accommodation.

4° Day Albanian Communities of the Angitola

After breakfast in the hotel, a trip to the Comunità Albanese of Gizzeria, on the desert plain of the Angitala, and to Pizzo. Return to hotel for lunch. In the afternoon you will go on a tour of the Tyrrhenian Coast as far as Praia a Mare. Return to hotel for evening meal and accommodation.

5° Day Sila Grande

After breakfast in the hotel, trip to the Sila Grande, with a stop in Lorica for a tour of lakes Arvo and Cecita, plus a visit to the Pinegrove of Fossiata. Lunch in restaurant.
